Returns- Infrared Saunas

Our policy is an industry leading return policy that lasts 30 days. We are so confident that you will absolutely love the product that you buy from us, so we offer a 100% 30 day money back guarantee. If you do return your sauna you will return 100% of your original order minus return shipping costs. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that if the product that you purchased has been damaged while in your possession, does not contain the original packaging, or requires any additional refurbishing once received, it could be subject to additional charges

Once we receive your product, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@usahealthandwellness.com 

How Do I Return My Product?

To return your product, please email us at info@usahealthandwellness.com, and we will coordinate  the shipping for you. If necessary, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that will be used to process your return.

 

Hot Tubs** All Hot Tubs are non returnable. 

Cancellations

We usually ship orders immediately. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be responsible for shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% transaction processing fee.
