- Electrical Installation & Testing: At this stage, the factory installs all ETL-certified wiring and electronics. The sauna exterior is then sealed with a natural finish.
- Final Quality Check: Sunlighten assembles the sauna one more time to test electrical components and EMF levels. The sauna is then disassembled and each part is wrapped and carefully packed in two to three boxes and shipped to the Sunlighten warehouse in Kansas City.
- Careful Delivery: Sunlighten usually delivers saunas curbside using a lift gate and two men who leave the package in a garage or dry place.
